Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily restaurant operations
Manage staff scheduling and team performance
Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction
Monitor inventory, supplies, and vendor coordination
Handle billing, reporting, and compliance with hygiene standards
Requirements:
Strong leadership and communication skills
Knowledge of food & beverage service
Ability to manage teams and multitask efficiently
Fluency in English, Hindi (Marathi is a plus)
